
Celeste Green has been teaching Spanish to young children for over 20 years. She began her career as a Kindergarten teacher in a Spanish immersion school in southwest Detroit. Maestra Green moved from Michigan to Illinois in 2003, where she decided to leave the public school classroom to realize her dream of making language learning available to all students. Celeste moved back to southeastern Michigan in June 2015 and immediately began efforts to integrate CALL in elementary schools in the area.

Shar Willis-Gregory is the Lead English Teacher at Cass Technical High School in Detroit. She has been teaching at Cass Tech for 26 years and has sponsored dozens of after school programs and mentored hundreds of students. She is highly invested in the success of Detroit youth, and has been named ‘Most Inspirational Teacher of My Life’ over 20 times in her career. She travels around the country reading Advanced Placement exams, and she has written curriculum currently used by University of Michigan’s Pathways programs.

Nicole Haskins has been in leadership positions within several Fortune 500 companies, including the Coca-Cola company, General Mills and Kellogg's. Nicole was born and raised in Detroit. MI and is passionate about giving back to children in her hometown. Nicole has a bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Nicole has given countless hours of community service to help advance the youth of Detroit.
